Forgot the castle name, but it is in County Claire. There is an entire RenFest community set up around it. And the mead is outstanding.

The Bagwells and I flew over to Ireland last fall and we were met by Erika! We drank, did the ring of dingle, drank some more, boated out to Skellig Island and drank some more. I wished I had more pix (especially of Skellig) but my camera went in the drink.
